I missed this morning's workout because my husband wanted to sleep in...but I went this evening and did 1Hour BodyStep, 1Hour BodyPump and 1Hour BodyCombat...and it all felt great :) I miscalculated the late Hot Yoga so I didn't get to do it...but that late class is tomorrow night, so I will catch up then. I am also in love with honey-roasted cashews...I had some of those and some blueberries after my workout. I am off to bed because I am tired now.
