Today I was planning on doing RPM or BodyPump and THEN NewBody...but I woke a little late and then the ride thing again, so I got there I did 7 minutes on the bike and didn't feel like doing NewBody. So I saw the Hot Yoga instructor was there so I looked on the schedule and they were having a class. Soooooo I did that instead..thinking I could sweat my stresses away and I had a good class. It was nice when it was done! I was soaked though! And got nauseous and dizzy but it was HOT! I will go back tonight for BodyPump and RPM hopefully!
