Day 14 & 15 of Round 2

I have ben sooo busy these days and a lot of family things going on...but here is my Day 14 & 15.
Day 14 I missed the morning because Fahed wanted to sleep in, so I just went in the evening. I find if I miss days I have a hard time getting back into it...so I was a little sluggish but now I am back. If I go 2x/day I have lots more energy and feel much better. Day 15, today, I was planning on RPM right before the morning BodyPump but I was late so I went to Tim Hortons with Fahed and the kids to have breakfast before. That was really nice. Then I went in the evening for the NEW RELEASE of BodyStep and it was AWESOME....I was dripping sweat...then after BodyPump was over, Fahed, the kids and I went to Blue Mountain Park and had a nice time together :)

Day 11 Round 2 Complete!


Well I was tired this morning...so I didn't get up in time to go to my morning classes :( BUT I did make it in the evening. So Day 11 is complete...I have to up it cause I am not feeling as great as I was...and I have to lose this weight! I think I am down about 5 pounds but not 100% sure cause I didn't really weight but now I know what I am but not sure how much I am down. I have also been eating whatever I want and not being conscious so that has to stop. But I did get addicted to BLUEBERRIES :)

Week 1 Round 2: Measurement Check

SO below I will put my last measurement loss BEFORE I left and then in brackets I will put what I gained...then once I am back to normal the bracket will disappear and then I will just InshaAllah (God Willing) continue on my way down :)

"X" for INCHES is what I was from January 5 (In brackets rightafter the body part is what I lost since the last week and after that is the TOTAL from January 5) GOT IT? :D

The RED in the red brackets is my gain from 4.5 months of doing nothing!

X = -39 Lbs. + (coming soon what I gained in 4.5 months)

So in those 6 weeks of ROUND ONE I lost: 15 Lbs.

Measurements: 42 days to lose the inches below and here in red (brackets) is the gain minus Week 1 Round 2 results in blue. Waaaaah!

Day 9.5 of Round 2


Today I was planning on doing RPM or BodyPump and THEN NewBody...but I woke a little late and then the ride thing again, so I got there I did 7 minutes on the bike and didn't feel like doing NewBody. So I saw the Hot Yoga instructor was there so I looked on the schedule and they were having a class. Soooooo I did that instead..thinking I could sweat my stresses away and I had a good class. It was nice when it was done! I was soaked though! And got nauseous and dizzy but it was HOT! I will go back tonight for BodyPump and RPM hopefully!

Sooo much has been going on in my life, I have been really busy and I hope to up my workouts like before...but not having my own car makes it harder for me to come and go to the gym as I please and also some things going on demand my attention at the moment. So now for what the last 9 days have been. I will do my measures today.

Day 3 of Round 2 Complete!

Well today I had planned for more working out but hubby was tired and since I don't have my own car anymore (I hope to soon), I decided to be nice and let him sleep in but it KILLED me inside. I could have had two good workouts this morning and missed out. I felt so tired today and lazy because I missed my workouts :( Ohhh well I hope to change that tomorrow!

On a happier note...I took that time in the morning and hubby and I took the kiddies to Rocky Point Park...sooo beautiful and soo fun. We brought a picnic and the kids played in the sprinkle park and then we took them to the pool and did they ever have fun especially Khaled!! Can't do those fun things in the UAE it is soooo nice to have my real husband back...the way I know him! Wow I love him! I missed those family things in UAE. More on that stuff later on...I am tired an have to sleep. I wanted to get to RPM class at 6am and I doubt that will happen lol!

Day 1.5 - Round 2

So it is Day 1.5 of Round 2 to lose this weight I gained and after that is complete to lose the rest of the weight and attain my goal! On a happier note I DID not gain ALL the weight back and I still kept some of the inches off so :) Yay to that. Hopefully this time I lose faster initially!

Measurement Check...Round 2...the GAIN! Waaaah!

So I was in United Arab Emirates for 4.5 months and I gained. I didn't weigh yet I will today but I have to find my scale. I DID do my measurements and it is SAD lol but I know with this gym and their awesome Les Mills classes I will bounce back in no time. I am already feeling better after 1.5 days back.

I'm Baaaaack!!

I am back in Canada for an undetermined amount of time and one of the first things I did was join the gym again! I really missed it...and I gained a lot of the weight back so here I am back at it. I am going to do my measurements and hopefully they will go down quickly again :) So off to do my measurements and weight which I know is up at least 16 pounds YIKES...but oh well I can lose it again and have fun doing it. Stay tuned for my weight and measurement check each week :)

I kicked it off with 1 Hour BodyPump Class and I am off to RPM and BodyCombat tonight. The kids were so happy to be back! I missed all the people!
