Big Catch Up!



I HAVE been keeping record but just on my sheets from the gym. I took A LOOOOOOT of days off...lots of things going on...but now I am back so I won't count all those days. I don't know what to call them so I will put when I skipped but I took sooo much time off I will just put the dates I went and what I did those days...so here we go...

July 22:

11 WHOLE DAYS OFF! (Felt TERRIBLE)

August 3:
30min BodyStep

6 DAYS OFF! :( Felt like CRAP!

Aug 10:

5 MORE DAYS OFF! :(

3 DAYS OFF

THEN I got my millionth "wind" cause I keep starting and stopping this time hehehe...so I started and did really good the last few days! And the start of a second good week today! :D

I will make that in the next post!
