Week 6: Weekly Weight & Measurement Check!


Sooo it is Wednesday time for the measures :) I didn't do so much this week either due to moving and trying to get ready...as well as the flu and stress...but here we go...

"X" for WEIGHT is what I was from the beginning of November
"X" for INCHES is what I was from January 5 (In brackets right after the body part is what I lost since the last week and after that is the TOTAL from January 5) GOT IT? :D

Weight:
X = -39 Lbs.
Lost 2 more pounds
So in those 6 weeks since I started I lost: 15 Lbs. (since I gained over the holidays)

Measurements: (42 days so far)
Right Arm (-0.25 In.) so TOTAL = X - 1.75 Inch
Left Arm (-0.25 In.) so TOTAL = X - 1.75 Inch
Bust (-0.50 In.) so TOTAL= X - 4.0 Inches
Under Bust (-1.0 In.) so TOTAL = X - 4.5 Inches
Waist (-0.50 In.) so TOTAL = X - 4.0 Inches
Belly Button (-0.50In.) so TOTAL = X - 6.0 Inches
Hips (-0.50 In.) so TOTAL = X - 4.5 Inches
Bum (-0.25 In.) so TOTAL = X - 3.25 Inches
Right Thigh (-0 In.) so TOTAL = X - 2.25 Inches
Left Thigh (-0.25 In.) so TOTAL = X - 2.25 Inch
Right Calf (-0.25 In.) so TOTAL = X - 1.0 Inches

Day 42 Complete and my mouth is frozen lol


I made it back to the gym tonight! In addition to the 55min. RPM and 1Hour BodyPump I did this morning...I did a second 55min. RPM and it was a really good one. BUT...I did not get to the Sauna because I forgot I had a dentist appointment to get a filling. Well that was fun I must say! Being a former Dental Assistant makes me a terrible patient because I am soooo nervous!!

Our passports are all ready for the big trip as we picked those up this morning as well. One-Step closer to getting there.

Day 41.5


I am trying to make my last week at the gym a good one. I am gong to United Arab Emirates in 4 days kind of unexpectedly earlier than we were originally planning but Allahu Alim. So today I went in the morning for 55min. RPM and then 1HourBody Pump and the last classes with one of my favorite instructors Sylva. Made me sad. I learned that Mohammed's "Gym Mommy Ashley" is expecting a baby and I am so happy for her, but sad I will miss them all so much!

I am hoping to get there tonight for my second RPM Class and a little Sauna. I really miss it! So now I am caught up. I noticed this morning the scale is down a tad...I HOPE it sticks and tomorrow is my weigh-in and measurement day but I have been sick and also taking it easy so I am not expecting a lot of change...

Amazing New Shampoo...



I love to try different Shampoos and I have found a realllly nice one. I think it is new but not a new company or anything. So I have been using this $60 Shampoo & Conditioner for some time and I was almost out so I was in Shoppers Drug Mart and I picked up the new Aveeno Shampoo and Conditioner on special for $8.99 each (For Shampoo & Conditioner set it was $18) and smelled really nice and fresh. So next day I tried it out and it is amazing...even on my daughter's curly ringletty hair! So i definetly would recommend this to my friends.

Day 37 Complete!

I have been taking it easy as I have a lot of things going on. I had the flu and stuff soooo all I did yesterday wich was Day 37 and I wasn't going to go but Thankfully my sweet hubby encouraged me to go and dropped me off to do 55min. RPM Class...drove around with the kids while they napped and then picked me up...felt great but I missed this morning :( Hopefully I get there tonight. (Also my car is in the body shop so I am car-less for a bit and we just have BoKhaled's car which is a standard and I am not interested in driving one)

Day 32 Complete!

Well I didn't get back to the gym last night. My ankle is really bothering me...my left is fine...and now it is my right. But insted of just annoying me like the left was..it is pinchy at times.

So this morning I went off to the gym with the 2 littlest ones in tow because Khaled wanted to sleep-in. I had to miss RPM because it started at 8:30am and the child-minding was only open at 9am. I was :( about that but I did manage to get in 1Hour BodyPump Class and then 1Hour BodyStep (but I took it easy cause of the ankle situation)

So now I am done for the day...I am off to go shopping I think as I need some new gym attire. Ohhh and I am trying HOT YOGA tomorrow for the first time. I will probably not sign up for regular schedule because the timings cut into the other classes and THOSE other classes burn FAT and Hot Yoga makes you sweat, but is not burning the FAT....and that is what one of the trainers told me and I am gonna stick to that rule...but, I will do it once and a while for a change...

Day 31 Complete?


I am putting a question mark there because I am contemplating going back tonight since I just did one class this morning which was 1Hour BodyStep with an awesome new instructor from Ontario! I was going to go to BodyCombat tonight, but BoKhaled is still not home and that started 39minutes ago so it is not gonna happen!

I have really been slacking off this week and I have to smarten up! So I may go back for some weights and cardio stuff...and then the Sauna to relax once I get Hessah in bed. Hubby is on his way home from work with Chinese food and I wanted Indian or Persian or Greek :( But anyways he is also getting Khaled at his friends house!

Well off to clean the house while the baby is napping :)
P.S. Anyone up for coffee at a coffee shop? I want some nice adult company and a warm cup of something yummy!

Well I really took it easy this day cause I was having an OFF day! I kind of swiped my car on a post on the passenger side :( and I was not in the mood so I got some Tim Hortons and relaxed then did 55min. RPM class and 25min. in the sauna...
