11 Days since my Body Composition AND...

So remember 11 days ago I went for a Body Composition Assessment with one of the Personal Trainers  at the gym after my 5 day slump. I was really depressed after that because I went up a bit from what I was trying to lose. So anyways GREAT NEWS...because AFTER that depressing Body Composition, I started my "SparkPeople"(logging and tracking my fitness & nutrition), and it is history from there because MashaAllah I am doing really great!

I got BACK on that machine today... and I am:

DOWN 5.6 Pounds! In 11 Days!

So in 11 days since I started my "Self Made Healthy Nutrition Program" I lost 5.6 Pounds and I am down about 4% Body Fat... (I will try to get a copy of the first readings so that I can compare)

So I am happy with myself :)

  1. Mashallah I am really impressed by your commitment! I am trying to loose weight but in a really ineffective way. I work out three times a week but nothing so I added a Yoga class (my first ever). I went with a friend of mine who set it up initially. When we left the class (which was amazing) we found an even more amazing Falafil place right across from the trainers house. So we had two LOVELY falafil sandwiches... no wonder!

  2. Ohhh thanks so much yamaamaa. I love falafal too! Mmmm! But it is healthy for you! And now I know you NEED calories to lose weight anyways. Best time to eat is right before or 2-3 hours after your workout so eat away :) Try
